The Morgan AC40 Deluxe is a 40-watt, Class A hand-wired tube amplifier head inspired by early '60s British tone. It features four EL84 power tubes, a switchable EF86/12AX7 preamp section, and a power-level control that scales output down from 40 watts to 0.5 watts without altering core tone.
The amp is celebrated for high touch-sensitivity and chime. Unlike traditional master volumes that starve or choke the power tubes, Morgan's power-scaling technology limits output signal size so your overdrive and boost pedals interact with the power section naturally even at low bedroom or studio volumes.
Power Output: 40 Watts (variable down to 0.5 Watts via Power Level control)
