DISTINCTIVE FEATURES
Roasted Tonewoods: The torrefaction (roasting) process bakes out excess moisture and resins from both the alder body and maple neck. This mimics the dry, deeply resonant acoustic properties and responsiveness of a vintage instrument weathered over decades while increasing neck stability.
Modern Playability: While it sports the visual wear and tear of a Heavy Relic, the flat-lam rosewood fingerboard and flatter 12-inch radius eliminate fretting-out during big string bends, making it feel fast and contemporary.
Fiery Output: The Ancho Poblano pickups are intentionally underwound-to-overwound calibrated, offering extra spice, output, and rich midrange bite compared to traditional '60s gray-bottom pickups.
