Martin D12-18 (1972)

This is a very cool Martin 12-String!  Many times it's very easy to tell which are the best vintage instruments by the playing wear.  This guitar came to us very well loved.  We did a neck reset and thoroughly cleaned.  What a gem!  This 12-String is a cannon.  It plays wonderfully and sounds angelic.  You can spend hours strumming your favorites with this one.
