Fender Custom Shop '50 Double Esquire Heavy Relic - No Caster Blonde (New)

A true homage to Fender's beginnings, this 1950 Double Esquire is a fantastic guitar out of the Fender Custom Shop!  Fender's best builders have a phenomenal ability to bring the past to the present, creating guitars with the vintage look, feel, and of course tone; combined with modern tooling, playability, and reliability.  Here we have a '51 Nocaster body finished in aged Nocaster Blonde.  The 1950 Blackguard shape maple neck has a  7.25"-9.5" compound radius with 21 Medium Vintage 47095 frets and bone nut.  A set of handwound '50-'51 Blackguard pickups give this guitar all the twang you could want, and yes it rocks pretty darn good too!  This is a fantastic piece, available now at Black Mountain Guitar.
